Ultimate summer
vacation essay

Remember returning to school in September and writing the much expected
essay, “What I Did Over Summer Vacation”?
Well, second grader Harley will have the ultimate tale to tell.
She will tell the tale of a tail that she touched and sat on. So
what tail did she sit on?
Why, an alligator tail, of course!
Both Dave, the alligator handler, and Harley, an enthusiastic yet
cautious spectator, entertained the Great Darke County Fair
audience. Much was learned about the appearance, behavior, and
temperament of an alligator.
Harley left with quite an adventurous tale to tell when she returns to
school.
