People & Their Animals
This picture is of me with Nixie the cow (0020 & 0021). Next I have
shown a picture of Nixie and her owner Brigitte who says that Nixie is
a Guernsey cow (0019).
Say hello to photogenic Shetland Sheep dog, Dallas, and thank his
owners, Joe & Sherry Shafer for bringing him to the fair. Dallas is
1 ½ years old and shown in “0022”. He is really cute and loves having
his picture taken.
Malachi Jones is holding his rabbit, Jocker who is a Dutch rabbit boy.
He is very excited to show off his friend to the world “0024”.
Bugs Bunny is in the house, “0023” and is saying hello.
This is a white albino rabbit shown in “0025”.
Meet Daffy the duck “0018” who is a random duck photo I took.
At the end of the animal pictures is this photo of Clara Buckley who is
in her first year of 4H and first time at the Fair. She is holding onto
her girl goat, Allie, who is 8 months old and a pygmy junior doe “0026”.
The cutest goat of them all is “0027” who is a baby girl goat.
Random Photos
“Two Senior Fairgoers” is a random picture of fairgoers who are just
resting for a spell.
“Roses underwater” is a picture of flowers that were placed in a glass
jar underwater. They are beautiful.
“007” is a flower display depicting Alice in Wonderland.
“0012” is a flower abstract art created by Shirley Linder.
Another abstract flower art is “0013” created by Christie Schellaass.
Now “0008” is a purse made entirely of plastic bags. Also included in
that area was this picture of a pillow “0009” that took 240 brown bags
to make.
My favorite cake was this castle cake “0015” & “0016”. I love it
because it makes me think of Cinderella and her prince Charmin’s
castle. I really like the fantasy appeal of this cake. Makes me wonder
if it tastes as good as it looks.
“0017” is a cake purse baked by Susie. I could not read the last name.
I visited the 4-H hall and saw all the beautiful flowers. After looking
at the flowers, I looked at the food art and some plants that had won
prizes.
