McCann Pearl Harbor presentation
Fort GreeneVille Chapter DAR member Mary Jane Dietrich is presented
with a 40th year member certificate from Regent Chris Nehring.
Dietrich’s mother, Beatrice Campbell was a member of Fort GreeneVille
Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution and Mary Jane followed in
her footsteps in joining the chapter.
Thru the years as a member of Fort GreeneVille Chapter, her
contributions are as follows: Past Regent; and articipated in the
following committees: Good Citizens Award, American History, and the
Studebaker Schoolhouse.
She won the Best Pressbook Award at state level (Ohio Society of
Daughters of the American Revolution).
In addition to other activities the DAR participates in such as recent
literacy and veterans activities, she participates in the American
History Essay Contest as a chapter judge. The essay contest is for Jr.
and Sr. high school students.
