Absentee Voting begins Tuesday
The Board of Elections will begin Absentee Voting in their office or by
mail request on March 29, 2011. Greenville City voters will have a
Republican Primary ONLY for candidates and also Greenville City School
District renewal of a tax levy. Other issues on the Primary/Special
ballot are as listed:
Butler Township – Proposed Tax Levy
New Madison Public Library – Proposed Tax Levy
Worch Memorial Public Library – Proposed Tax Levy
Darke County voters who live in the following districts will have these
overlap issues on the ballot:
Bradford Village – Proposed Income Tax
Minster Local School District – Proposed Income Tax
St. Henry Consolidated Local School District – Proposed Tax Levy
The voters in Precinct #15 Allen Twp., New Weston & Rossburg who
live in the St. Henry Consolidated School District; the voters in
Precinct #37 Van Buren Township who live in the Greenville City School
District; and the voters in Precinct #43 York Township who live in the
Versailles Exempted Village School District will be voting in a
different polling location than usual. These voters will be
notified by mail of where they will vote for this election only.
