Darke County Animal Shelter…
We have Axle at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 3-year-old
Jack Russell terriers mix. He is white with black around his face and
has short hair. He is a sweet little guy and will make a great
housedog. He weighs around 15 pounds and loves people. He will make a
great companion and is ready for adoption.
We have April at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is a 3-year-old
Lab mix. She is black with short hair. She is a nice girl and weighs
around 60 pounds. She will make a great companion and is ready for
adoption.
We also have 2 shepherd mixes, some lab mix puppies, a Chocolate and a
Blond Lab, a Boxer, a beagle, and numerous other dogs. We also have
cats and kittens for adoption.
The Shelter hours are 8am till 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 till noon
on Saturday. The Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Road in
Greenville just beyond the Sheriff's Dept., and the phone number is
547-1645.
