Studies as
their guide. The professional development opportunity also included
information
on the Ohio Constitution and Ohio history.
The
session on the judicial branch
included welcoming remarks by Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor, taking a
tour of
the Visitor Education Center, observing a Supreme Court of Ohio oral
argument
session, and lunch with Justices Evelyn Lundberg Stratton, Terrence
O’Donnell,
Judith Ann Lanzinger, Robert R. Cupp and Yvette McGee Brown.
The
Statehouse portion of the program
included a tour, visits with Secretary of State Jon Husted and Attorney
General
Mike DeWine, lunch, and meetings with legislators.
