CHIP assistance offered at CAP

Community
Action Partnership (CAP) has
received funding from the Darke County Commissioners Community Housing
Improvement Program (CHIP) for rental and utility assistance in Darke
County
for those that are in threat of eviction. A three-day eviction notice
with
complete wording of why the person is being evicted or is homeless and
receiving monthly income, a copy of your lease, 13 weeks of income, and
Social
Security cards are necessary to complete an application. Income level
must be
at or below 30% area median income and applicants must be in good
standing with
HUD regulations. Housing located within the city of Greenville is not
eligible
for this funding. The CHIP program ends October 31, 2011. To schedule
