Parsons and Kreusch selected top winners in Make-Up Review

Great Darke County Fair…

By Bob Robinson

Revue - Miscellaneous & Make-up Projects — Youth Building

Following runway presentations from several individuals on a wide variety of categories, plus another presentation as requested by the judges, the top two “Miscellaneous & Make-up Projects” winners were selected.

They were Paige Kreusch for her specialty bread and Cassie Parsons, Outstanding of the Day, for a dress she made and modeled.

On display in the youth building were hundreds of projects ranging from machinery and woodworking to domestic arts and agriculture. All were created as part of various 4-H programs. The Miscellaneous & Make-up Projects judging was for individuals in smaller categories and those in earlier conflicting Darke County Fair judgings.

Presenting the awards were (left to right) Nicole Williams, Junior Fair Queen, Jeffery Mayo, Junior Fair King, Evanne Shellabarger, First Runner-Up Junior Fair Queen. Receiving the awards were Cassie Parsons and Paige Kreusch.
