Returning Performers
Entertain 2011 Darke County Fair Goers
Great Darke County Fair...
By Elaine Bailey
It is not surprising that most of the two dozen performances scheduled
for the Darke County Fair Gazebo were returning musicians and
singers. They are well-liked by fair goers, and the Great Darke
County Fair is well-liked by the performers.
The musical artists presented a wide spectrum of music genre with
passion, heartfelt vocals, and deep-rooted commitment to their
message. The performances were energetic and fun. A number
of performers such as Bret and Michelle Cook, Phil and Janet Conley,
Nancy and Amanda Livingston, and Ben York expertly entertained the
audience, not only with their musical expertise, but also with
inspirational stories and rib-tickling jokes and repartee.
The phenomenal Gazebo entertainment was sponsored by Darke Rural
Electric Cooperative, Incorporated.
