State of the Heart Hospice...
New Poster available honoring those served available

A free poster is now available at any of the three State of Heart Hospice agencies. Last year, State of the Heart Hospice asked for photos of patients served over the past 30 years to commemorate the agency’s anniversary. Those photos have now been turned into a collage poster that honors the faces of hospice care. You can pick up your own free poster at any of the agency’s three offices: 230 W. Main in Coldwater, 1350 N. Broadway in Greenville, or 1237 W. State Road 67 in Portland. For more information, call 800.417.7535.
