We have
Dozer at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 6 year old Golden
Retriever.
He is reddish brown with long hair. He is housebroken and good with
kids. He is
very friendly and will make a great buddy and life long friend. He is
looking
for a good home.
We have
Charlie at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 4 year old
Dachshund. He is
reddish brown with short hair. He is current on his shots and is good
with
kids. He is a friendly little guy and loves to play. He will make a
great
companion and he is looking for a good home.
We have
Sparkie at the Darke County Animal Shelter. He is a 1 year old Fox
Terrier. He
is mostly white with a black head. He has short hair and a short tail.
He is a
friendly little guy and loves to play. He will make a great walking
buddy and
life long friend. He is looking for a good home.
We also
have a Min-Pin, a couple of beagles, a couple of Dachshunds, a Boxer, a
Bichon,
a little shepherd mix puppy and numerous other dogs. We also have cats
and
kittens for adoption.
The Shelter
hours are 8am till 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 till noon on Saturday.

Shelter is located at 5066 County Home Road in Greenville, and the

The public
submitted names for our future Dog Park. There were hundreds of names
to choose
from. The new name is “Scentral Park”. We would like to thank all of
the people
who submitted names. Construction of “Scentral Park” is moving forward.
We are
progressing toward our financial goal and hope to have the Park open
before
year’s end. We still need your support. Tax deductible donation forms
are
available at the Shelter.
