As we strive to establish and maintain a

performing, always improving school system that looks to the future,

student and adult knowledge workers will be the focus of the system.

businesses, community organizations, and schools will be partners in

NEW FOR
2012-2013! Greenville
City Schools will
be expanding learning opportunities to provide parents and students an
alternative option to the traditional educational setting starting in
the 2012-2013
School Year. Students
can receive a GHS
diploma upon successful completion of the program.
Greenville Virtual Academy is a NEW
option
available that allows students to work at their own pace in a computer
lab, or
virtual setting, supported/guided by instructors.
Greenville Virtual Academy is an
excellent
alternative to home schooling or a student who is struggling in the
traditional
academic setting. As
our Mission Statement
expresses, we are an always improving school system that looks to the
future to
create a quality learning environment to help all students find success. Located at Greenville High
School, the
virtual computer lab, will give students a new educational choice. Work at your own pace in
an engaging and
virtual setting supported/guided by GHS instructors.
