We have
Queenie at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is a 4 year old German
Shepherd. She is black and tan with medium length hair. She is a
good-looking
girl and very attentive. She will make a nice companion. She is a big
girl and
weighs around 80 pounds. She is looking for a good home and is ready to
be
adopted.
We have
Missi at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is a 10 year old Doberman
Pincher. She is black with a little brown. She has short hair. She is a
friendly girl and will make a great friend. She is looking for a good
home to
retire to. She is ready for adoption and a new life.
We have
Suzy at the Darke County Animal Shelter. She is a 6-month-old jack
Russell
Terrier. She is white and brown with short hair. She is a little
sweetheart. She
loves people and loves to play. She will make a wonderful house
companion and
lifelong friend. She is looking for a good home to romp around and have
fun.
She is ready to be adopted.
We also
have a terrier puppy, a beagle, a Doberman, a couple shepherds, some
labs and
lab mix puppies and numerous other dogs. We also have cats and kittens
for
adoption.
The Shelter
hours are 8am till 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 till noon on Saturday.

“Get your
Pets Picture taken with Easter Bunny” On March 17th the Friends of the
Shelter
will be taking pictures with Easter Bunny. Bring the whole family
including
your favorite companion animal to Wal-Mart garden center. We will be
taking
pictures from 10am till 2pm. Cost is only $3.00 and all the proceeds go
to help
the animals at the Shelter. This is a fun time for all and goes to a
good
