Canine Capers 4-H News...
April 2012 

Members met for the April monthly meeting on the 16th, at the Christian Lighthouse Center.  The meeting was called to order by President Hanna Cloyd.  The pledges were led by Kim Ledbetter and Morgan McCord. Roll call was taken by saying your dog’s name, and 23 members were present.  Zachary Bevins gave the treasury report.  

Old business included signing up for parking cars at Echo Hills and Trash Bash details.  Shot records and dog license forms need to be turned in. 

New business included fundraiser options and a decision on the Clover Buds adopting a flower box on Broadway (May 19). We also discussed buying books for new general project kids, we corrected mistakes on our group’s contact list, and we went over details for state fair.  We talked about shot clinic, passed out papers for state fair posters and forms for upcoming events, and discussed plans for attending 4-H camp.  Campership forms are due on May 11th.  We also voted on the formation of a drill team.

June 23rd - Fun Match 

The next monthly meeting will be held on May 21, 2012.
