Whirlpool Hosts
Economic Development Forum
Partnering for Progress was glad to co-host this year's 4th-quarter
investor meeting along with the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC) and
Whirlpool. The event featured a regional update from the DDC as
well as an update on the region's UAV initiative. Senator Bill
Beagle and DCED Director Marc Saluk addressed workforce development
matters, while Whirlpool Plant Manager Ken Hossler provided a company
update. Tours of the facility were given to about 38 attendees
following the presentations. A big thanks to all who helped make this
event a success!
