Faber,
Buchy Honor Versailles High School Athletics on Championship Titles
COLUMBUS–
Senate President Keith Faber (R–Celina) and Representative Jim
Buchy (R-Greenville) today honored Versailles High School for its
three state championship titles this year, including the Versailles
High School Girls Track and Field Division III State Champions, the
Versailles High School Girls Volleyball Division III State Champions,
and Michael Davidson, the 2013 Boys Bowling State Champion.
“Versailles
High School has proven to be a powerhouse not only in academics, but
also in athletics,” Faber said. “With multiple state titles, I
expect we’ll continue to see Versailles as a top contender in
future competitions.”
“Our
district is full of highly talented students, and their efforts
deserve recognition,” said Buchy. “The hard work and perseverance
of these student athletes led to well-deserved state titles and I’m
sure there are many more to come.”

of Allen, Champaign, Mercer, and Shelby Counties as well as portions
