On the Job (OJT) Training Reimbursement Program Well Funded in 2013
You Hire, You Train, We PAY 

The On-the-Job Training Program (OJT) is a federally funded program that helps employers hire and train laid-off workers for full-time, long term employment.This funding compensates you for training workers in skills they need to help your business thrive. 

* Wage reimbursement from 50 to 90% (depending on size of company) of total training expenditures

* Maximum reimbursement is $8,000 per hire

*Length of training period cannot exceed 6 months.

*OJT Agreement must be in place with The Job Center before employee is hired
