well in BPA competition
MVCTC
students from Darke
County find success at BPA contests
Clayton,
Ohio -- Miami
Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Business Professionals of
America (BPA)
students performed well at the recent BPA Regional Contests with 93
students
winning or placing in the top six for their contest. Of the regional
winners,
24 qualified to compete at the State BPA Contest in Columbus March
14-15, 2013.
BPA
is a national student
organization that serves Business and Information Technology students.
Members
participate in activities that promote leadership, citizenship,
academic, and
technological skills, as well as competing in BPA contests related to
their
career field at the local, regional, state, and national levels.
• Ryan
Bright (Computer Network Engineering
student from Tri-Village) placed 3rd in the Network Design Team BPA
Regional
Contest.
• Austin
Burk (Marketing & Media student
from Arcanum) placed 6th in the Desktop Publishing BPA Regional Contest.
• Cortnee

from Greenville) placed 6th in the Graphic Design Promotion BPA
Regional
Contest.

Procedures BPA Regional Contest and qualified to compete at the State
