Bits & Pieces
CNO starts new
Health Tab… and More
By Bob Robinson
County News Online continues to grow. Beginning Monday, CNO is offering
a new, much-needed Health Tab for CNO readers. The tab, located under
Community, will feature health-related items from emergency and support
services to guides to better health and how to handle health needs for
young and old alike.
We would like to thank Integrity Ambulance Service for sponsoring the
tab and allowing its marketing director, Tasha Anderson, to be the
focal point for obtaining and directing much of the health-related
content that will be offered to CNO readers. Tasha has contacts with
healthcare and related entities throughout the Miami Valley, so we are
looking for a wide range of information to be available in the coming
months.
We invite any business or organization with health-related news,
commentary and information to share it with County News Online readers.
Tasha can be reached at marketing@integrity-ambulance.com. Any business
or organization wishing to help sponsor the tab can contact CNO
Marketing Director Jaime Wombolt at marketing@countynewsonline.org.
Submissions and sponsorship queries may also be sent to
editor@countynewsonline.org. As always, proceeds from sponsorships go
toward scholarships for Darke County youth.
The Early Bird
Thanks to Early Bird publisher Fred Foutz and managing editor Ryan
Berry, new opportunities have been provided to County News Online
readers. The Early Bird has graciously allowed CNO to publish featured
articles from its weekly printed publication. You’ll see them first in
the Early Bird; you’ll often see them again here with additional photos
for which there wasn’t enough room in the weekly paper.
Growth & Poultry
Days
CNO has just wrapped up its biggest monthly growth yet with over
187,000 page views and is on track to do the same or more in May. We
will log three million “views” in late June or early July. We thank our
readers for their support and our sponsors for making this project
possible.
Watch for County News Online at Versailles Poultry Days next month.
Jaime, CNO and SSSF volunteers will be hosting a County News Online
table at the event. More details coming-.
