Program Chosen for ACDELCO Training Pilot/Partnership

Career Tech
Center’s Automotive Technology Program has been selected as one of
17 schools in the country to participate in a pilot that will run
through the fall of 2013. ACDelco and Greenville Career Tech
Center are proud to be a part of such a great project.
Instructors
will be able to supplement their training curriculum by providing
their students with this new ACDelco web-based training. Courses
were selected to enhance the Maintenance and Light Repair task list.
The National ACDelco Training Program will include 19 technical and
four business web-based training courses chosen to mirror the NATEF
training requirements.
Students
will receive an ACDelco certificate of completion for each of the
training sessions. The pilot will expand into a National Training
Program in early 2014.
