Clinic gets top scores
The Rehab Clinic at Versailles Health Care Center received the highest
available scores on recently completed Pinnacle Quality Insight
Customer Satisfaction interviews. Pinnacle works directly with
patients and their families to obtain opinions on overall experience as
well as area specific measures. The Rehab Clinic at VHCC
consistently received a score of 5 on a scale of 1-5 in regard to
delivery of professional therapy (Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy and Speech Therapy). A score of 5 is significantly higher
that the average state and national norms in surveyed areas.
The Rehab Clinic at Versailles Health Care Center offers inpatient and
outpatient therapy to people of all ages. It employs 14 full-time
local therapists and is open seven days a week. Specialty
programs offered are Parkinson’s Therapy, Vestibular (Balance) Rehab
Therapy, Sports Medicine, Cardiac Recovery, Pulmonary Rehab, Stroke
Recovery, Continence Improvement, Wound Care, Joint Replacement
Therapy, and much more.
In 1996, Pinnacle Consulting was founded by Stan Magleby in Salt Lake
City, Utah. He leveraged his experience as a successful nursing home
and home health owner/operator to start a consulting firm that
specialized in a 5-step strategic planning process for long-term care
providers.
One of these steps involved patient interviews to measure customer
sentiment towards the care provider. As the demand for these
interviews increased, Pinnacle slowly transformed from a consulting
firm to a satisfaction measurement firm. In 2009 Pinnacle
officially left behind the consulting business and became Pinnacle
Quality Insight. In addition to customer satisfaction
measurement, Pinnacle also offers a suite of quality improvement tools
for senior care providers.
