Darke County Farm Bureau
donates to PACE
Greenville, OH- The Darke
County Farm Bureau at their June board meeting voted to make a $1,000
contribution to the Progressive Agriculture Convention and Education
Center, also known as the PACE Center.
The PACE Center is an
exhibition and training center serving the community and agricultural
students throughout western Ohio. The PACE Center will include an
education center with classrooms, laboratories and meeting space for
the Wright State University Lake Campus Agriculture and Food Science
programs. In addition to the education center, an attached arena
provides the opportunity for livestock shows, conventions, special
events and trade shows to be hosted at the new venue. “The Farm
Bureau’s donation shows their commitment to the advancement of
agricultural education among our local students and community in
western Ohio,” says Greg McGlinch, Wright State University
Agriculture Program Coordinator.
The Wright State University
Agriculture and Food Science program and the Mercer County
Agriculture Society appreciates Darke County Farm Bureau’s support
