Midmark Receives Premier,
Inc. Award for Operational Excellence
DAYTON, Ohio, June 12, 2014 —
Midmark, a leading healthcare solutions provider and trusted leader
in digital diagnostic devices for non-acute care, today announced
that it is a winner of Premier, Inc.’s first Supplier Horizon
Award. Winners are recognized for their support of Premier’s
members through exceptional local customer service and engagement,
value creation through clinical excellence and commitment to lower
costs.
Midmark is one of eight
suppliers to receive the award from Premier, a leading healthcare
improvement company uniting an alliance of approximately 3,000 U.S.
hospitals and 110,000 other providers’ contracts with more than
1,100 suppliers.
The following criteria are
taken into consideration for suppliers that are actively engaged with
the alliance, are committed to lowering costs through pricing and
supply chain efficiencies, have been able to offer value based on
individualized needs and situations and have demonstrated corporate
responsibility:

As the practice of
