"Exceptionally
Curious Tales of a Particularly Eccentric Individual"
The
title says it all.
Nationally
syndicated humor columnist Will E (no period) Sanders chronicles his
ridiculous adventures and outrageous observations in this hysterical
e-book. Readers are sure to laugh from cover to cover. With the
introduction of the book "written" by his cat, the reader
is quickly sucked in by Will's not-so-serious style and wit.
...I
have employed the assistance of my fellow four-legged compatriots of
my personal feline army. I have amassed a platoon of like-minded
house cats and whipped them into shape in the past years in order to
satiate my lustful thirst for revenge for our unsanctioned
imprisonment
The
collection of short stories chronicles moments both big and small in
Will's life. The vignettes can stand by themselves but are grouped
together for one smooth, blazingly fast, entertaining read. Segments
include:
- Try
Running 3.1 Miles in my Shoes
-
Confessions of an Adolescent Whipping Boy
-
Cutting in Line at my Uncle Teeny's Funeral
- The
Purse Pinata and the Great Candy Caper
-
Welp, Here Goes Nothing!
-
Green Eggs and Spoiled Ham
About
the author:
After
receiving a solid C in high-school English with no college ambitions,
Will E Sanders attended Bowling Green State University, where he
attempted to quit smoking seven times, committed petty drunken crimes
and worked at the campus newspaper covering petty drunken crimes
(sometimes his own).
Sanders
became a news reporter with a small Ohio newspaper. Since that time,
he has received more than 25 Associated Press awards. In the fall of
2004, Sanders began documenting his ridiculous adventures and
outrageous observations in a weekly humor column, called "The
Usual Eccentric."
A
professional slacker, Sanders resided in his childhood village of
Laura, Ohio, with 600 other crazy people -- including his clannish
family members, who all live within a two-block radius.
