Kristy Earick, CEO and Administrator at Versailles Health Care Center,
is excited to announce Martin Grilliot as the new Director of Dietary
Services at Versailles Health Care Center. Grilliot has worked in

for great food and our seniors. Their satisfaction is his number
one goal! He is involved in every level of food service,
including ordering, cooking, and serving with a smile,” said Earick.
Mr. Grilliot resides in the Greenville area. He and his wife,
Jackie, have two children, Michelle Ray and Matthew Grilliot,
along with six grandchildren, Hannah Mary, Carson, Tyler, Lucy, Hannah
Rose, and Jovee. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, watching
Food Network, and spending time with his grandkids! Grilliot
commented, “I’m so happy to be a part of the Versailles Health Care
Center team. Two of my passions in life are food and the
elderly. I thoroughly enjoy making sure they enjoy their meals
and are happy with their choices.”
Grilliot’s passion started when he was 11 years old and worked
alongside of his mom at a nursing home on Grandview Avenue in
Dayton. Grilliot’s mother was a geriatric nurse for over 40
