Jacob Hoelscher Joins

Hoelscher as a Commercial Account Executive. Hoelscher is responsible
for developing new business with a focus on agricultural and business
accounts. A licensed property and casualty agent, he ensures his
clients receive the necessary coverage and exceptional professional
service they deserve. Hoelscher believes the Agency provides
unparalleled support for insureds.
Jacob graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of
Science in Atmospheric Science. Prior to joining Phelan Insurance, he
was a climate research assistant at Byrd Polar Research Center. Jacob
currently resides in Yorkshire and enjoys working on the family farm.
He is active in several local, state and national groups including the
Darke County Chamber Agricultural Committee, Ohio Farm Bureau and the
American Meteorological Society.
