Cooking is Fun
at VHCC!
Martin Grilliot, Dietary Supervisor at the Versailles Health Care
Center, shows his passion for great food and exceeding patient
satisfaction each and every day! Martin joined the team at
Versailles Health Care Center in June of 2014. He has brought
with him over twenty years of leadership experience in food service and
a consistent drive to exceed customer satisfaction. Martin and
his team are thrilled to be implementing a fine dining program at
VHCC. They strive to offer more choices for patients and
residents. Kristy Earick, Executive Director at VHCC, stated,
“Martin has done a tremendous job as our Dietary Directory. It is
evident that he believes in exceeding patient satisfaction. He
goes above and beyond to ensure that residents and patients are
satisfied with food services.” Martin Grilliot, hosted a
staff and resident cookout on Friday, September 5, 2014. He
started grilling early Friday morning and you could smell the
satisfying aroma throughout the center. Martin provided
hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, baked beans and chips to
staff. He also hosted an ice cream sundae bar in the main dining
room. Thank you Martin for your commitment to VHCC and all
you do each day to positively impact the lives many!
