Presidents' Day...
William Henry Harrison
Presidents' Day is a time for our nation to honor the men who have led
our country, through peacetime and through turmoil, hardship through
abundance. Our 9th President, William Henry Harrison, had his life
shaped by the experiences he had in Greenville, OH, our county seat.
Harrison was present at both signings of the Treaty of Greenville, in
1795 and 1814. Learn his story and the story of the Treaties of
Greenville at the Garst Museum, named 2016's "Best of Ohio" winner for
Best Historical Museum by Ohio Magazine.
