Rotary continues support of Darke Co. Special Olympics

Kyle Lehman, Rotary President is shown here presenting a check to Cindy Rose, Director of the Darke Co. Special Olympics program.  With year-round activities in basketball, softball, cheerleading, bowling and the annual track and field event, the program has added more opportunities for special needs athletes with summer camps in softball, swimming and participation with the Wavaire Camp.   Darke County Special Olympics is funded through local donations and coached and directed by volunteers.  Rotary is a long-time supporter of the program.
