Troutwine Auto, North Star Hardware Donate to Special Olympics
 
Shown at the recent Track and Field Event for Darke Co. Special Olympics, (left) Jim Troutwine, Troutwine Auto Sales and (right) Ben Selhorst, North Star Hardware & Implement served as awards presenters.
 
They are shown here after preseing the ribbons to students (left to right from Ansonia Elementary): Haylee Brown, Kaydn Hammaker, Ben Thorp and Jeff Thorp.   Kaydn and Jeff were running with  as Unified Partners in the 4 x 100 Unified Relays with Haylee and Ben, which pair typical students with special athletes.
 
Darke Co. Special Olympics has year-round programming in softball, bowling, basketball, cheerleading, Unified golf and the track and field event.
