Edwin
F Nickol receives NSDAR Community Service Award
Fort GreeneVille Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution recently
awarded Edwin F Nickol Inc. and staff with the NSDAR (National Society
Daughters of the American Revolution) Community Service Award. In the
past two years, Nickol has contributed to the community in an
outstanding manner through voluntary heroic and civic duty with Fort
GreeneVille Chapter NSDAR's project of honoring American Revolutionary
War Patriots' graves in Darke County, Ohio.
Nickol has assisted in the chapter's enormous task of repairing,
cleaning and replacing monuments at the gravesites of American
Revolutionary War Patriots buried in Darke County, Ohio. They have
shown such dedication in helping preserve the history of our ancestry
in Darke County.
Edwin F Nickol Inc. is still assisting with this project and plan to
assist until we have finished honoring all American Revolutionary War
Patriots buried in Darke County, Ohio. At this time, they have assisted
Fort GreeneVille Chapter with 18 Patriot graves besides several more
Patriots pending dedications or further research.
