BPW
Club Learns Yoga
Greenville, OH. – The Greenville Business and Professional Women
(BPW) learned how to relax and be more stress free, thanks to their
January speaker, Erica Menke, owner of Nature’s Heart located in
Greenville. Menke started her journey into yoga after a life changing
event, leading her to become an instructor, and opening her own studio
a year and a half ago. The group took part in several demonstrations
with Menke leading the way. Nature’s Heart offers a variety of classes
for all levels, and can do modifications to fit your specific needs.
The program was hosted by The Young Careerist committee members Jenny
Bruns, Michelle Hook, Tracy Wheeler, and Erica Menke.
Collections for the Domestic Violence Shelter of Dark County will be
held during BPW’s February meeting. Some items on the list include,
toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, Tide Laundry Soap, bleach, rubbing
alcohol, a twin size mattress pad, and a medium size trash can.
Donations will be accepted at the February 8, meeting.
