2:00 PM - The Garst Museum offers a Black History lecture by Roane
Smothers. Roane will share stories of African Americans from the
Longtown area and Darke County who left to fight in the Civil War.

DeBoer.

2:00 PM - Mark Holbrook as Matthew Brady, the Civil War photographer.
Mark will bring slides of many of Brady’s Civil War battlefield
photographs. If you are a Civil War buff or if you had ancestors who
served in the Civil War, you will want to attend.
