Addressing Emotions
at Work
Learn strategies to address strong emotions – yours and those of people
you work with. This workshop identifies the impact of emotions on
productivity so that you can be more aware of factors that cause
emotions to intensify. Choose and apply techniques to address your own
strong emotions, and learn how to respond to the strong emotions of
others in a constructive and positive way.
Addressing Emotions at Work is recommended for anyone who must
deal in customer relations – but isn’t’ that everyone? Join our
trainer, Lorie Simpson, on Wednesday, July 13. Class is from 1-5pm in
Room 057 on Edison’s main campus. Cost is $115. To enroll, please
