Hundreds
of volunteers needed for Make
A Difference Day
October 5, 2011
Hundreds
of volunteers are needed to
complete approximately 20 service projects as part of Make a Difference
Day on
October 21 and 22. Projects
will be
hosted throughout Darke, Logan, Miami and Shelby Counties and most will
take
place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. This
year, all projects held in conjunction with our Make a Difference Day
event
will focus on helping veterans and military families. Businesses,
churches,
schools, community organizations and individuals are all invited to
participate
in this national day of volunteering.
Volunteers
may sign up individually or
in groups for specific projects available throughout Darke, Miami,
Logan and
Shelby Counties by visiting www.handsonwestcentralohio.org and clicking

All ages are welcome!
