Long time Darke County Sheriff Toby Spencer will be the guest speaker
at the Darke County Republican Men’s Club meeting on Saturday, Sept. 17.
Spencer is scheduled to speak on the Department’s preparations for the
Darke County Fair. Long hours are worked by both full time Deputies and
the Darke County Sheriff’s Patrol during the entire 9-day event.
Spencer will be available for questions as well.
The Darke County Republican Men’s Club meets at 8 a.m. the third
Saturday of every month in the Employee Cafeteria at Brethren
Retirement Community. A buffet breakfast is included for a donation of
$6. The meeting is open to the public.
The club is growing and currently accepting new memberships. Member
dues are $20 a year.
