October 1: 2nd Annual Dave’s Diggity Dog Festival. There’s a festival
in town and it’s for the dogs! Come join in the fun & show your
dogs off. Activities include a morning dog walk through our City Park,
dog contests, K-9 unit demos, wiener dog races, doggie dash obstacle
courses, a big raffle drawings, a blessing of the animals and so much

October 1 & 2: Downing Harvest Festival. Bring the family to
celebrate the Downing’s harvest of apples, pumpkins and gourds and so

October 4 - 8: 83rd Annual Bradford Pumpkin Festival. Five nights and
two days of fun including band parades, royalty night, talent show, lip
sync contest, cheerleading competition, arts and crafts, street fair
with food, games and rides plus much, much more. Be sure to keep your
eyes open (and your mouth closed) for the 10 tons of confetti which
fills the streets, air and every crevice in Bradford, Ohio!

October 7 & 8: 30th Annual Harvest of Quilts. The Towne Squares
Quilt Club hosts this event in the Youth Building at the Darke County
Fairgrounds in Greenville. Activities include a fashion show, public
quilt auction, quilt raffle, country store, merchants mall, concessions
and demonstrations. Door prizes will be given away during the event.
