Church of the Nazarene
Christmas Concert scheduled for Dec. 23 

Enjoy the sounds of the Christmas season with a concert at the Church of the Nazarene, 7584 State Route 118 North, Greenville.  The “Melody Moms” of Piqua will be singing in the Sunday, December 23rd 6 p.m. service. 

April Grove is an 8th Grade Math teacher at Piqua Junior High School.  April has sang for as long as she can remember, was in the PHS showchoir-The Company, and even chorographed for The Company in later years.  She won a singing contest to be featured on “As the World Turns” 2 years ago and was flown to New York for the appearance. 

Natalie Liptock is a homemaker in Piqua.  Natalie has loved music her entire life.  She accompanied all of the school choirs from Piqua Junior High on through High School, and was also featured as a soloist many times.  Natalie has played and sang for many weddings through the years. 

April and Natalie developed a friendship over the last couple of years while their youngest children were in the Piqua High School Showchoir together, and the friendship has continued to grow into a "best friend" relationship.  After their "babies" graduated, they began to talk about a new adventure together.  What came of that conversation?  "The Melody Moms." They have produced their first Christmas CD-A Christmas to Remember.
