Business Learning Series focuses on Customer Service Excellence 

Main Street Greenville has paired up with Second National Bank to present a ‘Business Learning Series’ as a way to reach out and assist small business needs. The series consists of four workshops a year open for any business or individual to attend. 

The next training session is Tuesday, September 25 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Second National Bank Main Office.  The topic is  “Customer Service Excellence” with presenter Mary Kaufmann. Attendees will be provided practical, tactical and strategic steps that will increase customer service excellence no matter what level or role one fills in a business or organization. 

“We feel this is a valuable opportunity for downtown businesses as well as other small businesses throughout the Greenville community.  We are pleased to have this partnership with Main Street Greenville to address small business needs,” stated John Swallow, SNB President & CEO 

About the presenter: Mary Kaufmann is a professor at Muskingum University and a Principal Consultant at Campen Group.  Mary brings over 25 years of experience leading, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams for increased success.
