Night of “Comedy and
Caring”
For One Night Only

1, 2012 Darke County,
OH— For One Night Only, the fantastic comic styling’s of Tim Cavanagh,
will be
available in Greenville, Ohio, that’s right, Tim Cavanagh, world famous
comic
coming to little ‘ol Darke County.
“We
knew after last year’s feature of Drew Hastings, that we really had to
work to
bring the same level of comic back to our night of Comedy and Caring.”
Tim
Cavanagh is a world famous comic, well known to the fans of Bob
& Tom and
Dr. Demeto, in clubs across the country and he’s even thrown down a few
CD’s. Last year we
had over
three-hundred people attend this special event and are looking for at
least
that many this year. Comedy and Caring is Darke County’s premiere
special night
out, benefitting the Darke County Chapter of the American Red Cross. At
twenty-five a head, you get a great dinner and a show; add some
drawings and a
not so silent, silent auction, mingling with fun people, what’s not to
love!
April
20th, with doors
opening at 5:30 p.m. at Romer’s Entertainment Facility in Greenville,
is the
setting, with individual tickets selling for $25.00 and reserved
tables,
seating eight, selling for $250.00, this is a great fundraiser for a
great
organization at a great price. All reserved tables are set in prime
locations
and labeled. Individual
seats are not
“saved” and are chosen as people enter. So think of getting a group of
friends together
and reserving a table.
Throughout
the evening,
enjoy specialty drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, bid on silent
auction
items with everything from a family membership to the Y to a Family Fun
Basket,
or enter a drawing to win dinner out, fine jewelry and a slew of other
prizes. Tickets are

that isn’t enough, local
radio stars Dan “the man” Franks of Joy FM and Alex “Market Time” Mikos
of WTGR
will keep you amused until headliner, Tim Cavanagh is ready to take the
stage. There is
also some interactive
fun provided by Louise Party Rentals and a sweet treat from A &
B Coffee
& Cake.
“So
to summarize, add a
world-famous comic to a grand dinner with great people and we’re pretty
sure
you’re going to have an outstanding evening”, invites Lynne Gump,
Executive
Director Darke County Chapter American Red Cross, “this is our
thirteenth year
hosting the event and we’re hoping it’s our best ever, but that can’t
happen
without your participation!” Tickets
