GOP to hold Annual
Pig Roast

Local candidates running on the November 5 General
Election ballot
will be speaking when the Darke County Republican Party holds its
annual pig roast at 3:30 p.m. October 20 in the Youth Building of the
Coliseum on the Darke County Fairgrounds.
Greenville High School’s NJROTC will present the colors
and the
Darke County Republican of the Year will be named.
Republican candidates for Greenville City Treasurer
Barbara Fee
and Greenville City Auditor Roxanne Willman have been invited to
speak, along with Greenville City Council At Large candidates Todd
Oliver, Doug Schmidt and Tracy Tryon.
Additionally, Ohio Senate President Keith Faber (R-12)
and Ohio
Senator Bill Beagle (R-5) have been asked to speak; along with
Representative Richard Adams (R- 80) and Representative Jim Buchy
(R-84).
The meal will consist of shredded pork sandwiches, hot
dogs,
potato salad, Cole slaw, chips, pretzels, cakes and assorted
beverages. Tickets are free, but you must have a ticket to be
admitted. Tickets are available from any elected Republican official
or you may call (937) 548-8511 to request tickets. Tickets are also
available at Tropical Isle Tanning, 619 South Broadway, Greenville.

back of
your ticket completed before you arrive at the door. If you have any
