Shopping at the Friends of the Darke County Parks’ Gift Shop
This holiday season get gifts for everyone on your list all while
supporting a great cause! Proceeds from the Gift Shop sales go to
the Friends of the Darke County Parks. The Gift Shop, managed by
the Friends of the Darke County Parks, is overflowing with great gift
ideas! Back again this year are gift baskets, wrapped and ready
for you to give! There are unique gift baskets made up for
children and adults alike.
Prices range from $8.00 to $30.00. From stocking stuffers to
field guides for the nature-lover, we have what you need. The
popular hand-woven denim rugs made in the Nature Center by volunteers
are back this year. For the children on your list, we have
ornament kits, handmade pioneer toys and much more. We also have
children’s books along with how-to guides available.
Want something local? We have local honey, handmade ornaments and the
Darke County Parks 2015 calendar for sale. The gift shop in the
Nature Center is open Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm and is located at
4267 State Route 502 Greenville, OH. The Nature Center and Gift
Shop will be closed on December 24th and 25th for the holiday.
