Program
on Landowner Liability Available for Property Owners
FINDLAY,
OH – The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is partnering
with Northwest Ohio Woodland Association to provide a landowner
liability program for landowners in northwest Ohio.
The
Northwest Ohio Woodland Association provides educational support and
opportunities for woodland owners as well as anyone interested in the
conservation and responsible, sustainable use and management of
northwest Ohio’s woodland resources.
WHAT: A free program
to educate participants about landowner
and hunter responsibilities to consider when
allowing others to use their property for activities
such as hunting.

ODNR Division of Wildlife officer for Hancock
County, and Ken Mauer of the law firm Marshall
and Melhorn LLC, Toledo.
