Poultry
Days 2014
Attention
Vietnam Era Veterans
If you were in a military uniform from December 22, 1958 to May
1975 the VFW and American Legion would like to invite you to ride in
the parade on Poultry Day June 14 2014.
We are working with Poultry Days to have a section of the parade to welcome Home All our Vietnam Era Veterans.
To get started I will need to have you register, all I need is name and branch of service.
There will be some gifts so we need to know how many will be attending.
We want this to be a special day for all of the veterans, so it is
important that you get registered.
Remember it makes no difference what branch of service you where in, where you were stationed, or what your duties were.
If you wore a military uniform of any branch during that period we want
to invite you to attend a welcome home parade for all our Vietnam Era
Veterans
So we will start this out with our registrations. You can register by either email to davemiller@pfpfoam.com. Or phone call Dave at 937-526-3836
AS of today…

There are three types of stories a vet has to tell. Some are fun to
talk about; some are fun but shouldn’t talk about, and some we want to
just forget,
So to all you vets let’s get some stories and pictures to the policy, We are interested in them.
Now the thing I hate to do the most is ask for donations but we are a
small club with limited recourses so we are looking for sponsors for a
vet for a day (On Poultry Day)
If you, your club or business would like to sponsor a vet for a day during poultry day, welcome home parade
There will be a program after the parade with a guest speaker (
to be named later ) gifts for our vets , We would like to feed
them with ( Chicken Dinners ) .We would like every Vet to get a
little something to show our apparition of their service to their
country , we already have hats donated for the first 100
vets.
