Birds of Prey
Program
Join the Darke County Parks on Thursday, November 20th at 6:30pm for a
program on Birds of Prey. Raptors are critical to our ecosystems
and are often demonized for being predators. We’ll offer a presentation
on the species of Birds of Prey found within Darke County. We’ll wrap
the night up with an appearance from our resident raptors, Joseph the
Red-tailed Hawk and Greta the Great Horned Owl to learn more about the
stunning Birds of Prey. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to see
them up close! Pre-registration is required for this FREE
program. You can register by calling the Nature Center at
937.548.0165. For more information about all programs offered by
the Darke County Parks, visit our website at www.darkecountyparks.org
