Woofing It: A
Dog’s Hike
Dogs like hiking too! Join the Darke County Parks this evening for an
excuse to take the “pooch” for a hike with other dog-friends. On
Thursday, October 9th at 6:30pm we’ll explore the trails of Worth
Family Nature Preserve (on Springhill Road off of 502-West) and follow
our noses to see what is happening. Please bring a leash, water,
flashlight and “deposit” bag for your dog. Trails could be muddy. This
hike is available with or without a four-legged friend, so don’t let
that stop you from coming out for an autumn evening! For more
information on this or other programs offered by the Darke County
Parks, visit our website at www.darkecountyparks.org or call the Nature
Center at 937.548.0165.
