Dining By Rail

The Bradford Ohio Railroad Museum is hosting the annual fund raiser at
the Bradford, Ohio Catholic Rectory on Walnut Street From 6 - 9 pm.
This is a reservation only event so tickets must be purchased in
advance.
Reservation forms are at the museum located at 200 N Miami Avenue or
through the website at www.bradfordrrmuseum.org. The Dinner is prepared
from Dining Car Service recipes. Michael James of Catering by Michael
is the Chef.
The funds from the event are used for capital improvements at the
museum. The museum is working with Exhibit Concepts to design , build
and install a $460,000 permanent Exhibit to interpret and preserve the
rail collection.
This year we are serving Stuffed Pork Loin and Sea- Food Newburg from
the New York Central, The Pennsylvania Railroad Salad Bowl, Brussel
Sprouts, Carrots, Spanish Pasta and Potatoes , Apple Cake and Caramel
Sauce.
The Railroad's were always competing for the best chefs and trying to
out do their competition. This year's menu reflects the quality of food
and service that made Railroad Dining a wonderful experience for
passengers on the rails.
The silent auction items range from Red's and King's Island
Tickets to Tickets to New Port Aquarium. there are also certificates to
local restaurants like Buffalo Jacks, and Hershey's.
There are OSU items, Gift baskets for men, women and Children,
Gift cards from Mejier and Kroger. The goal is to high light local
businesses that have so generously supported the museum. The museum
capital project will add permanent interpretive exhibits with the
proceeds from the event.
Entertainment will be provided by Joseph Helfrich a local Bradford
resident and musician.
