Tickets for
Choir-O-Rama 2015 “Best Day of My Life” now On Sale
GREENVILLE, OH - Tickets for the 2015 Greenville High School
Choir-O-Rama “Best Day of My Life!” are now on sale. This GHS Tradition
will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 17 at
2:00 p.m. at St. Clair Memorial Hall.
Reserve and general admission seats are available this year. Tickets
for reserve seating may be purchased at the Greenville High School
ticket booth from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or by contacting Katie Netzley
at (937) 670-0063 after 5:00 p.m.
The price for presale reserve tickets is $6.00 each, or $7.00 at the
door. Tickets for students are also available for $5.00 each. There are
no refunds or exchanges.
Additional sale locations are being added this year for convenience.
The following locations will sell the general admission tickets only:
Tim’s Muffler Mart at 521 W. Third Street; The Flower Patch at 104
Rhoades Avenue and the Darke County Welcome Center at 421 S. Broadway
next to KitchenAid Experience. General admissions tickets for seating
in the wings can be purchased in advance at these locations for $5.00
each.
Performing in this annual event are The Wavaires, Collage, Concert
Choir, Combined Choir, Men’s Choir, Girls Glee, Choraliers, senior
ensembles and various spotlights showcasing the talent at Greenville
High School. A very special addition this year will be a combined
performance by The Wavaires and GHS Jazz Scene, directed by J.R. Price.
The Combined Choirs will perform the show opener, “Best Day of My
Life,” as well as the two songs to conclude Choir-O-Rama 2015, “I Was
Here,” and “Roots Before Branches.”
The Wavaires will be perform “On Top of the World,” “Team,” “Maps,” and
“Love Runs Out.” The GHS Jazz Scene will join The Wavaires for the
following selections: “Uptown Funk,” “Yesterday,” “Twist and Shout,”
and “Hey Jude.”
Collage will perform “Call Your Girlfriend,” “Fame,” “Hit Me with Your
Best Shot / One Way or Another,” “Burn” and “Applause.”
Girls Glee and Choraliers will perform “We Are Young Medley” from the
hit TV show “Glee”, and “I’ll Stand By You.”
The GHS Jazz Scene Rhythm Section will join Concert Choir to perform
“Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” and “Living on a Prayer.”
Men’s Choir will perform “Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift.
The event is directed by Mrs. Chelsea Whirledge with choreography by
Miss Brooke Jendrusik. The choirs are accompanied by Mrs. Judy Mills,
and will feature Mr. Ron Asman on lights and Ben Hayes on sound.
