Darke Countians enjoy the parks with their furry friends.

Woofing-It Dog Hike with DCP

Dogs like hiking, too! Join the Darke County Park District for an excuse to take your “pooch” for a hike with other dog friends on Monday, September 14th at 6:30pm at Worth Family Nature Preserve on Spring Hill Rd. north of St. Rt. 502 West. We’ll explore the trails and follow our noses to see what is happening. This is a great way to explore the Parks and spend time with your dog! Please be sure to bring a leash, doggie bags, and water for both you and your dog. Trails may be muddy and dark, so bring a flashlight and dress accordingly. No dog? No worries; all are welcome! Call the Nature Center for directions and more information at (937) 548-0165.
