Kindergarten Registration
Tuesday, April 5th, Wednesday and April 6th, Thursday, April 7th at
Memorial Hall, 1 P.M.—7 P.M. Questions? Call 937-548-3185 Monday-Friday
8 A.M.-4 P.M. Required Documents: Official Birth Certificate,
Immunization Records, Proof of Residency (2) Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Custody Papers (if applicable). Child must be 5 on or before August 1,
2016. Parents Only Needed At Registration!! (Your child will be
screened on a later date which will be scheduled when you register.)
